Please note that from this year you must pay your Convention Fees in advance by either Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal. There is a special secure facility on the website for this – go to Registration Convention (in the left hand menu), complete the form, and you will be forwarded to a secure website for your payment details.

Single Room price is reduced to €105 Euros per night including breakfast.
Double/Twin Room is reduced to €125 Euros per night also including breakfast
The Convention will be held in the Husa President Park Hotel. The Official Reception and the Airshow Dinner will also be held in this Hotel.
Please note that from this year we do NOT book your rooms for you. You must do this by sending an e-mail to the Hotel quoting "EAC 2012" to get the discount.

Costs of Accommodation and Breakfast:
Delegates should settle their account with the Hotel before departure. Please notify the Board Exec of any alternative arrangements made with hotels other than the Husa President Park Hotel so that EAC Convention welcoming literature can be placed in those Hotels.
