Convention EAC2014

logo1 Latest News about the next convention in 2014: the dates are 6-8 March; it will start with a Viper Pilots "Side Meeting" for the current and past F16 Demo Pilots, and, if this is successful,maybe this willbe the basis to organize, in 2015, a wider session for a Solo-display Pilots Side-Meeting to include all fast jet display pilots. Because everybody was very happy with the hotel and facilities in 2013, the Convention will be Antwerp again in the 4* Hotel Radisson Blue Astrid.

 Please note that from this year you must pay your Convention Fees in advance by either Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal.  There is a special secure facility on the website for this – go to Registration Convention (in the left hand menu), complete the form, and you will be forwarded to a secure website for your payment details.   

Payment Notice for all delegates who pay by PayPal or Credit Card will incur a charge of 3.5%.  All delegates who pay by Bank Transfer may incur Bank charges and all these charges must be paid by the delegate.

HUSA PARK HOTEL ****  offers very special price to EAC Delegates.

 Single Room price is reduced to €100 Euros per night including breakfast.  

Double/Twin Room is reduced to €120 Euros per night also including breakfast

 

The Convention will be held in the Husa President Park Hotel.  The Official Reception and the Airshow Dinner will also be held in this Hotel. Please note that from this year we do NOT book your rooms for you.  You must do this by sending an e-mail to the Hotel quoting “EAC 2011” to get the discount.

Costs of Accommodation and Breakfast   Delegates should  settle their account with the Hotel before departure.  Please notify the Board Exec of any alternative arrangements made with hotels other than the Husa President Park Hotel so that EAC Convention welcoming literature can be placed in those Hotels.
